Present
Under the leadership of Punong Barangay Hon. Joey D. Indino, Barangay Rizal experienced significant improvements and development, particularly in infrastructure projects. These include road concreting projects and the construction of the present Barangay Hall, which now serves as the center of the public services for the residents of the barangay.
